中文摘要 | 本文就實務上的一些觀點,探討現階段工業工程與管理科系中在統計教學上所常遭遇的幾個問題:一、較為抽象而不易瞭解的專業名詞的處理方式。二、實務上樣本大小的決定。三、在母群體分配未知時所遇到檢定上的問題。四、關於變異數分析的應用。五、如何選定顯著水準。諸如此類的問題在現階段工業工程與管理科系統教學中常發生應用上的困擾。針對這幾個問題,我們做下列幾點的改善建議:一、在整體教學制度上,宜在適度時機引起學者的學習動機,與課程在教學中不同階段適度結合的工讀制度(Work-Study Program)與學習後的實務訓練(Practical Training)是一些可行的良好制度。二、教育設計宜由教者導向修正為學者導向的設計。三、教法與評量宜增加實務應用的培養部分。 |
英文摘要 | With the views of the practical experience, the thesis is to examine some of the problems that have often been encountered in teaching Statistics at the Dept of Industrial Engineering& Management. (1) How to deal with the Statistical terminology that are abstract and difficult to be understood. (2) How to decide the sample size for study. (3) How to conduct the test while the population distribution is unknown. (4) How to apply the analysis of variance. (5) How to choose the significant level. This thesis is intended to offer some suggestions for solving problems mentioned. (1) To combine the Work-Study program and/or the practical training at the different stages for initiating the students’ motivation. (2) To modify the class activities from the teacher-oriented approach to the student-oriented approach. (3) To increase the students; ability of the practical application in the methods of teaching & assessment. |
