| 英文摘要 | The possibilities of nitriding Fe-A1-Mn stainless steel in ammonia gasare tested in this work. The influences of temperature, heating' time andammonia flow rate on the case depth and the hardness distribution of thenitride layer have been studied. It is that Fe-A1-Mn stainless steel can benitrided in ammonia gas to get a high surface hardness. For a giving processingtime, the higher the nitriding temperature is, the thicker and softer thenitride layer will be. On the other hand, as the temperature is fixed, the casedepth increases with the processing time, but the ammonia flow rate does notaffect the nitriding significantly. |
