| 英文摘要 | Orientation and crystal structures of both martensite and 13 phase oftwo Cu-Zn-A1 shape memory alloys have been investigated with transmissionelectron microscope and personal computer. The DO3 ordering structure offt phase is obtained by means of a step quench. It has been found that thetransformation to 18R-martensite is induced by either water quenched orcold-rolled deformation. The twin plane between thermal martensite platesis examined to be (2 0 20). Micro-mechanical twins is also developed to reorient the martensite,when the thermal martensite has been cold rolled. The twin plane of mechanical twin is identified as (0 0 1) of 18R martensite. |
