中文摘要 | 為探討正常中國兒童時期之血清蛋白及膽紅素的變動情形,並建立其正常值以供臨床上比較應用,我們就1,127個15歲以下,外表健康且B型肝炎表面抗原陰性的中國兒童,以Hitachi-716自動分析儀測定其血清總蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、硫酸鋅混濁試驗(ZTT)、總膽紅素量及直接反應型膽紅素量。將受檢兒童分為六組:新生兒、1個月至1歲之嬰兒、1至2歲、3至5歲、6至10歲及11至14歲。利用無母數百分位法確立每一種試驗在各年齡層之正常範圍並分析各試驗的平均值隨年齡而變動的情形。結果發現血清總蛋白平均值於新生兒僅為5.7g/dl, 3~4個月時達成人正常值的低限,其後隨年齡增加而增加。血清白蛋白平均值則在出生後很快卽達成人正常值,以後呈穩定狀態。血清球蛋白平均值在1至2月時呈1.6g/dl之最低值,但在1至2歲時已達成人正常值,其後並隨年齡增加而漸增。硫酸鋅混濁試驗之平均值於新生兒為7.2KU,在1至2月時驟降至1.9KU,以後隨年齡漸增,到11至14歲時達8.0KU。大於2個月的正常中國小兒,其總膽紅素量不超過1.1mg/dl,而直接反應型膽紅素則不超過0.45mg/d1。 |
英文摘要 | Total serum protein, serum albumin, serum globulin, zinc turbidity test (ZTT), total and direct-reacting serum bilirubin were measured in sara collected from 1127 hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) negative, apparently healthy children aged from 2 days to 14 years by using an autoanalyzer. Reference ranges for these biochemical tests had been established for various age groups using the nonparametric statistical method. Age-related variation of these data were also assessed to find the developmental pattern of these test-related liver functions throughout childhood. The mean level of total serum protein reached the lower level of normal adults at 3 to 4 month of age and tended to increase slowly thereafter with age. The mean level of serum albumin was within normal range of, adults in the newborns. It increased soon and remained stable throughout the childhood. Serum globulin had its lowest mean value (1.6g/dl) at one to two months of age, reached the adult range at one to two years and then increased with age. The average ZTT value was 7.2 KU in newborns, sharply declined to 1.9 KU at one to two months and then increased with age, reaching 8.0 KU at 11 to 14 years of age. Except in the newborn period, total and direct-reacting serum bilirubin of normal Chinese children over 2 months of age did not exceed 1.1 mg/dl and 0.45 mg/dl, respectively. |
