中文摘要 | 由於環氧樹脂硬化反應的高度放熱、及其本身的低熱傳係數,始反應產熱極易累積於系統内部,導致大量樹脂的硬化反應並非在外界所預定的恆溫態下進行。本實驗卽探討系統成分及硬化溫度,對樹脂硬化期間内部溫度變化的效應,並研究此一特性對成形品性能的影響,及後期硬化的效應。結果顯示Epoxy/MDA利用内部溫度變化的短暫衝程,及較高溫後期硬化促進大量交聯反應,兩者均可使成形品的T□值大為提高,而Epoxy/MTHA因限於材質本身的限制並不受此影響。硬化樹脂在室溫下的機械性質並不因T□的提高而強化,高溫性質如HDT則隨硬化程度或T□的增高而變好。此外,吾人亦利用光學顯微鏡及電子掃描式微分儀(EPMA)來觀察材料的抗張斷面,以便對樹脂系統的組成,加工條件及斷裂形式之間的關係,作一初步的探討。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the low heat conductivity of epoxy resins, heat generated by curing reaction might not be able to transfer out through mold walls efficiently. Therefore, a nonisothermal curing process occurred even as casting epoxy placed is an isothermal environment. In this study, the internal temperature profile in epoxy during curing was investigated. Effects of curing temperature and time on physical and mechanical properties of DGEBA/MDA and DGEBA/MTHA epoxies were studied too. |
