| 中文摘要 | 利用噴氣式深耕機將壓縮空氣噴入土壤中,以實施深層中耕,改善土壤結構,提高作物產量,已被證實為可行的方法。然而有關壓縮空氣在土壤中噴出時,它之流動現象及土壤承受之壓力變化情形,尚未有完整之理論基礎。本研究設計一土槽之實驗裝置系統,模擬實際之田間土壤狀況,進一步探討壓縮空氣在土槽中噴出時,距離噴口不同半徑與深度下,土壤所承受之壓力分佈情形,以提供更具體之資料,作為改善中耕作業之理論依據。 實驗結果顯示: 1.深耕機本體之空氣壓力為10kg/cm² (980kpa)時,其壓縮空氣在土壤中噴出時噴口之空氣壓力為9.19kg/ cm² (900kpa)。 2.噴口在地表下25cm時,可應用□=-9.64×10¯⁴+9.69×10¯³ln□預測在不同半徑(r)及深度(y)下,土壤所承受之壓力。 3.噴口在地表下45cm時,可應用□=-5.894×10¯⁴+7.20×10¯³ln□預測在不同半徑(r)及深度(y)下,土壤受承受之壓力。 4.噴口位於地表下25cm時,其壓縮空氣(10kg/cm² )破壞土壤之有效深度為30cm。 噴口位於地表下45cm時,其壓縮空氣(10kg/cm² )破壞土壤之有效深度為40cm。 |
| 英文摘要 | Forcing the compressed air into soil with a pneumatic cultivator in subsoil cultivation to improve the soil structure and increase the productivity is proved to be a useful way. So far, the complete theory about the pressure distribution in soil due to the compressed air has not been developed. This experiment is devoted to designing and testing a system which simulate the actual soil conditions in field. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the pressure distribution in soil based on the horizontal distance and vertical depth from the nozzle. The investigated results is used to improve the scheme of cultivation with a pneumatic cultivator. This study shows: 1.In the pneumatic cultivator, the air pressures are 10kg/cm²(980kpa) inside the compressor and 9.19kg/cm²(900kpa) at the nozzle. 2.When the nozzle is located at 25cm under the ground, the correlation to predict local pressures is: □=-9.64×10¯⁴+9.69×10¯³ln□ 3.When the nozzle is located at 45cm, the correlation is: □=-5.894×10¯⁴+7.20×10¯³ln□ 4.When the nozzle is at 25cm under the ground, the compressed air can break the soil to 30cm effectively, and the nozzle at 45cm can break the soil to 40cm. |
