中文摘要 | 尋求任何一個系統的數學模式,其目的之後就是為了預測與控制此一系統的操作。利用動態數據系統方法,可以簡易地過去與現在的系統數值來預測未來的系統數值。 本文提出一個改良型的自我迴歸向量公式,此公式係借調節每一變數的階次及時間遲滯而得到的。高爐操作數據施用到這一個改良型公式時,鐵水的矽含量值被當作系統預測的目標;其預測準確度可達到現階段平均值的±10%範圍內。 |
英文摘要 | One of the aims of acquiring a mathematical model for any system is prediction and control of the performance of that system. The prediction or forecasting of the future based upon present and past aalues can be easily accomplished by dynamic Data System (DDS) methodology. This work presents an Autoregressive Vector (ARV) formulation by adjusting the order and time delay of each variable. The silicon content of hot metal is regarded as the target of system prediction when the blast furnace operation data over a period of time is applied to this modified DDS formulation. The prediction accuracy could be achieved within ±10% of the present level. |
