中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的係採討由烏桕種子所萃取之清油,用於不同油長之油變性聚脲酯樹脂一液型塗料,及中油性醇酸樹脂與聚異氰酸鹽配合之二液型塗料,對鋁片及木材之塗裝效果,並和市售之亞麻仁油、大豆油加以比較,以探討清油用於製造聚脲酯樹脂塗料之可行性。同時亦比較使用芳香族聚異氰酸鹽Desmodur L,及脂肪族聚異氰酸鹽Desmodur N,以及二液型塗料中不同NCO/OH莫耳比之各種塗膜性質。 |
英文摘要 | In the study, the film properties of different oil length of one-package stillingia oiI modified polyurethane coatings and two-package alkyd resin-polyisocyanate polyurethane coatings were examined. For comparison purpose, the films properties of aromatic polyisocyanate Desmodur L and aliphatic polyisocyanate Desmodur N in one-package coatings and the different NCO/OH+COOH molar ratio in two-package coatings also were examined and coatings made by linseed and soybean oils were included. Results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. In comparison with the three kinds of oil length in modified polyurethane coating films with Desmodur Land 0.6 NCO/OH+COOH molar ratio, the drying rate and abrasive resistance of long stillingia oil were the best and medium stillingia oil and short stillingia oil came next, while all the other properties were not significantly different. At the same oil length and 0.6 NCO/OH+COOH molar ratio, the abrasive resistance, drying rate and gloss of the stillingia oiI-modified polyurethane coating films were better than those of linseed oil, while all the other properties were similar. 2. After the specimens were exposed to carbon arc light radiation for 100hours, the discoloration (yellowing) did not occur in oil-modified polyurethane coating films containing Desmodur N, but containing Desmodur L occurred seriously. The drying rate and tackness and chemical resistance of the coating films containing Desmodur N were poorer than that of Desmodur L, while other properties such as gloss and peeling, abrasive and impact resistance, the former were better than the later. 3. The drying rate, gloss, abrasive resistance, acid and alkali resistance of two-package polyurethane coating films based on stillingia oil-modified alkyd and Desmodur N were better than those of alkyd resin without containing Desmodur N, particularly for the coating films having higher molar ratio of NCO/OH+COOH. The gloss of the two-package polyurethane coating films was better than that of one-package oil-modified polyurethane coatings. Thus, two-package polyurethane coatings are suitable for making high quality furniture. |
