中文摘要 | 本試驗採用本所自行研製之水泥粒片板為基材,配合廠商常用之聚胺基甲酸酯、環氧樹脂塗料數種經調配後塗裝於水泥粒片板試材上;而後分別進行戶外曝露及室內照光試驗。試驗結果顯示:1.白色塗膜色差值增加趨勢較透明塗膜明顯,顯示白色塗料之黃化程度較透明塗料為嚴重;綠色聚胺基甲酸酯塗膜之黃化程度為最嚴重者,灰色聚胺基甲酸酯塗膜之色差值增加較少,為試驗塗料中最穩定者。2.比較塗料種類問之差異可得:試驗中採用之聚胺基甲酸酯塗料之塗膜耐光性(色差、光澤度、明度留存率)稍優於環氧樹脂塗料;而塗膜之附著性能則以環氧樹脂塗料略優於聚胺基甲酸酯塗料。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study is investigating the weatherability and light-fastness of coatings applied on wood-cement particle board. Several kinds of commercial epoxy resin coatings and PU coatings were examined in this experiment. After exposure to the outdoors for 112 days and UV light accelerated aging chamber for 64 days, changes in the coating properties of the coated wood-cement board including color difference, brightness retention and gloss are examined. The experimental results are as follow: 1. According to the color difference of coating properties, the yellowness degree of white coatings are more serious than that of clear coatings. Among those finishes studied, the green PU film reveals the most remarkable yellowness level; the smallest color difference are displayed by the gray PU film. 2. Comparisons of the color difference, gloss, brightness retention and the flaking resistance of films reveals the PU film owning better light fastness than the epoxy resin film. The adhesion of the epoxy resin coating films are superior to the PU film. |
