中文摘要 | 本研究首次探討脫氟磷酸提鈾D₂EHPA-TOPO與D₂EHPA-DBBP程序方法濃縮循環之程序條件。研究內容包含氟離子濃度(與磷酸濃度)對萃取和反萃速率及回收率的影響,並確立D₂EHPA-TOPO與D₂EHPA-DBBP程序方法在脫氟磷酸提鈾之最佳條件。更由實驗室連續操作實驗結果顯示,欲達到磷酸提鈾程序方法需求(鈾之回收率>99%,鈾之濃縮倍數>100)D₂EHPA-TOPO程序方法需四段萃取及四段反萃,而D₂EHPA-DBBP程序方法為四段萃取及三段反萃。 |
英文摘要 | This report presents the laboratory batch wise and bench scale experiments of D₂EHPA-TOPO and D₂EHPA-DBBP processes for the recovery of uranium from wet-process de-fluoride phosphoric acid. The effect of fluoride concentration and phosphoric acid concentration on the uranium extraction, stripping recovery and rate has been examined and discussed. Optimum condition for both D₂EHPA-TOPO and D₂EHPA-DBBP processes has been established. The result indicates that four extraction stages and four stripping stages are necessary for D₂EHPA-TOPO process. While, four extraction stages and three stripping stages are required for D₂EHPA-DBBP processes. Using mixer-settlers to achieve uranium recovery >99% and uranium concentration in phosphoric acid from -60ppm to >7g/l. |
