中文摘要 | 本文目的在於探討結晶池中滷水深度與鹽層溶損的關係,並尋求最佳的滷水深度,使得鹽層旣能不受雨水溶損,而且又能得到最快的成長,以利機械化操作。 利用導出的質傳方程式,求得不同降雨狀況及不同滷深下,鹽層開始溶解的時間T[926b],此外再配合滷水的蒸發速率,求得從降雨開始至滷水再度飽和所需的時間□;當□≤T[926b],此時滷深足以保護鹽層,而□=T[926b]時之滷深卽為最佳滷深。 由實驗及理論結果發現,當降雨狀況相同時,滷水愈深則T[926b]及□值皆愈大;而當總降雨量與滷深均相同時,降雨延續時間愈長則T[926b]及□值亦愈大。雖然如此,但是這二個情況下,□值受影響而變化的程度皆遠大於T[926b]值。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, the effect of brine depth on the loss of salt bed was investigated in crystallizing pond. The optimum depth of brine was found, which could prevent the salt bed from being dissolved due to rainwater and cause the salt bed to grow rapidly. Based on the mass transfer equation derived in this work, the time for the salt bed started to be dissolved (T[926b]) and for the brine to be saturated again (T□)were obtained by associating the evaporation rate of brine under various conditions. The brine depth can preserve the salt bed while T□≤T[926b] and the optimum depth of brine exists while T□=T[926b]. It was found that the deeper of the brine, the greater of T[926b] and T□ when the rainfall conditions were the same, and the greater of the duration of rainfall, the greater of T□ and T[926b] at the same rainfall and brine depth. However, the degree of the change of T□ was far larger than that of T[926b] in the both cases described above. |
