中文摘要 | 利用旋轉電極研究己二酸一甲酯之Kolbe電解動力學,電極轉速由零到500 rpm,甲醇當溶劑,KOH當助電解質。己二酸一甲酯的濃度由0.1變化至2.4M。結果發現主要產物為癸二酸二甲酯與二氧化碳,少許副產物也被發現。陽極之極電壓,溫度,電極轉速與電極材料對電極效率或產率的影響均以探討。結果亦顯示產生癸二酸二甲酯的反應機理係由數個反應步驟及吸附電極步驟組成。由數學模式的分析,決定反應速率的步驟也被確定。在定電壓的反應速率方程式亦在本文求得。 |
英文摘要 | Kolbe electrolysis of methyl hydrogen adipate was studied by using a rotating disk electrode at rotating rates from zero to 500 rpm and 0.1 to 2.4M methyl hydrogen adipate in the solution of methanol. KOH was used as the supporting electrolyte. The main products are dimethyl sebacate and carbon dioxide. Several minor products were found. The effects of the anodic potential, temperature, rotating rate and material of anode on the current efficiencies or yields were determined. The results indicated that several reaction steps occurred in the solution and methyl hydrogen adipate was adsorbed on the anode during electrolysis. A mathematical model describing these reactions has been established and the rate determining step was identified. The equation at a fixed potential was also obtained. |
