中文摘要 | 本研究目的係使用高週波加熱台灣衫、台灣赤楊、相思樹三種試材,以探究高週波加熱軟化木材之可行性。所得結果歸納如下:(1)彎曲效應,以相思樹(絕乾比重0.825)最佳,台灣赤楊(絕乾比重0.419)次之,台灣杉(絕乾比重0.385)殿後。而厚度2.6cm者反而比1.3cm者佳,此項結果與理論上之彎曲性能相反,其是否受絕對含水量及比重所影響,須更進一步實驗證明。(2)本試驗中以相思樹厚度2.6cm之試材,用曲率半徑90 cm之模具者,平均曲率72.07×10^(-4)cm為最大,但乃然較理論之最大彎曲度97.04×10^(-4)cm小。且彎曲成型後之試材均未有破壞現象發生,故其彎曲之曲率半徑應可再縮小,以繼續探討最小曲率半徑。(3)彎曲成型後之穩定性,依次為相思樹最好,台灣赤楊次之,台灣杉最差。 |
英文摘要 | This is an experiment on applying the radio-frequency heating to soften the lumber without chemical treatment for bending creep test. Test specimens of two different thickness, 1.3cm and 2.6cm, of three species, i.e, Taiwania, Taiwan alder and Taiwan acacia, were used for bending in the moulds of three different curvature radius, i.e, 90cm, 110cm and 130cm, Press-treatment for 3 minutes in these moulds to fix the shape was carried out immediately after specimens had been heated with radio-frequency equipment for 3 minutes. The results obtained from this test are summarized hereunder. (1) For bending effect, Taiwania is the worst• The specimens of 2.6 cm thick showed better bending effect than that of 1.3cm thick . This is contrary to theoretical expectation and is probably due to the effect of absolute water content. Further tests will be made to confirm the reasons. (2) Specimens of Taiwan acacia of 2.6cm thick bending in the mould of 90cm curvature radius showed the best bending effect and gained the highest average curvature value -72.07 × 10^(-4)cm. But it is still lower than its theoretical deflection -79.04 × 10^(-4)cm curvature radius of test moulds can be shortened in further studies. (3) For its stability after bending and fixing, Taiwan acacia showed the best and Taiwania showed worst too. |
