中文摘要 | 實驗室合成之高亞胺型甲基化三聚氰胺樹脂、商業用之完全甲基化三聚氰胺樹脂及丁基化尿素/三聚氧胺樹脂等三種架橋劑與醇酸樹脂分別調配成塗料,評估其應用在白蠟樹、花旗松、南方松、橡木薄片貼面纖維拉及越南檜木薄片貼面織維板之塗裝性能,試驗結果歸納如下:甲基化三聚氰胺樹脂架橋劑具有高固形份、低VOC_s、水溶性及低游離甲醛量等優點,所調配之胺基醇酸樹脂塗料,應用在木材之塗裝其塗膜附著力及耐候性良好,能夠取代傳統型高污染性的丁基化胺基樹脂,達成環境保護要求,但從塗膜硬度、膠化量及DSC分析知,高固形份胺基醇酸樹脂之架橋反應速率比傳統溶劑型者更緩慢。木材種類對塗膜之耐候性能具影響效應,就實木而言,花旗松塗裝材耐候性能最佳,依次為白蠟樹,最差者為南方松;至於貼面纖維板,則以越南槽木者優於像木者。鏡面反射紅外線光譜尚適宜作為塗裝材上塗膜耐候性能之分析。 |
英文摘要 | Butylated amino alkyd coatings for wood finishing system have been shown high vac which caused air pollution. The report here was undertaken to evaluate effect on wood finishing if replacement butylated with methylated melamine formaldehyde resin in alkyd resin coatings. Two high solid coatings and one traditional lower solid coatings were assessed of which includes methylated melamine formaldehyde resin (high Imino type) was manufactured in laboratory and the other two commercial resins were methylated melamine resin (fully alkylated type) and n-butylated urea/melamine resin ,the above mentioned resins were served as crosslinking agent to react with alkyd resin for preparation of wood coationgs. Five kinds of commercial Panels(ash, douglas fir, southern Pine, red oak veneered fiberboard, viet-nam fokienia spp. veneered fiberboard) were userl in the study. The results are summerized as follows: Methylated amino alkyd coatings had excellent characteristics such as high solid content, lower VOCs, water solubility and lower free formaldehyde. Furthermore, methylated amino resin finishing system usually had better adhesion and weatherability on wood substrates than butylated finishing system. It may replace butylated with methylated coatings for the latter can controll VOC s emissions to reduce air pollutants and had good films properties for wood finishing. In the viewpoint of gel content, hardness of films and differential scanning calorimeters (DSC) experiments. showed that crosslinking reaction of high solid amino alkyd systems is slowly than traditional solvent type coatings. Weatherability of painted wood in solid wood showed that douglas fir was the best, then followed by ash, and southern pine was very poor. The fiberboard veneered with viet- nam fokienia spp. showed better weatherability than that of red oak. After weathering, the film properties were correlated with resin functional group varieties observed- by SRS-FTIR. |
