中文摘要 | 本文利用最小球面像差方法,設計GaAs半導體雷射發射鏡組,以期有平行的雷射光線發射;又用G-sums公式設計接收系統中所用瞄準鏡物鏡。其次根據設計的結果,製作一套發射與接收光學系統,以實際作發射及接收實驗,印證光學設計的有效性。此外,本文也提出光電偵檢系統分析:偵檢機率、誤訊機率、截止位階、訊號雜訊比的關係,以及雷射發射能量和接受能量的關係。 |
英文摘要 | By the method of equal power and bending for minimum spherical aberration, a lens system was designed as a transmitter of the GaAs semiconductor laser. In addition, by the G-sums method, an objective was designed for the sighting telescope. According to the resulted data, the transmitter, the receiver, and the sighting telescope were made. The experiment showed that the parallelism of the light beam emitting from GaAs laser with the transmitter is satisfactory. |
