中文摘要 | 介紹機械元件之尋優設計法(Optimum Design)。主要應用數學方法,導出一定之設計方程組模式:主要設計方程式、輔助方程式及限制條件式。依循一定之步驟,作必要之方程式簡化、轉換與圖析、研判。根據研判結果,寫得流程圖與計算程式。在所有運算過程中,充份利用計算機之利,以求得最佳答案。並以齒輪之尋優設計為例,討論說明之。 |
英文摘要 | To introduce the Method of Optimum Design for mechanical elements, which has been stmplified into procedural steps for obtaining the format of design equations. The mathematical approximation, such as the Method of Least Square, is used for transformation and reduction of initial tabular data and formulations to a workable final equation system. The variation of optimization quantity is typically presented on a three-dimensional diagram. By simple calculations and variation study the procedure of optimum design is logically described in a flow-chart for application to write down the computer program. Finally, with the convenience of computer, the optimum design answers are gained. As an illustrative example, the optimum design of a spur gear set for maximum power transmission capability is presented and discussed. |
