中文摘要 | 鑑於醫院之院內感染日趨嚴重,不僅造成經濟上的嚴重損失,並且促使抗藥性菌種的產生;因此本計劃乃在測定各種不同情況下之開刀房空氣中及物體表面的微生物含量。研究結果顯示(i)密閉式開刀房的總菌量少於開放式開刀房;(ii)微生物含量與科別有相當程度的關聯;牙科、婦產科及骨科的手術房之空氣中微生物含量高於神經、泌尿、心臟血管及手外科的手術房;(iii)同一手術房內不同位置的空氣中微生物含量也有差異,其中以手術抬旁的含量最高;(iv)醫護人員的活動情形會嚴重影響開刀房中的微生物含量;及(v)紫外線燈與空氣清潔器有降低微生物含量的功用。本文亦討論微生物含量調查對開刀房的意義。 |
英文摘要 | In view of the hospital-acquired infection is an increasing problem and causes great deal of economical loss as well as create antibiotic-resistant bacteria, this study was undertaken to compare the microbial contents of air and surface in different conditions in surgical rooms. The results indicated (i) the total microbial counts of the close system operating theaters were lesser than that of the conventional open system; (ii) the microbial counts seem to related to different kinds of surgical sections e.g. those of the dental, obstetrics-gynecologic and orthopedic surgical rooms were higher than those of neurologic, urologic, cardiovascular and hand surgical rooms; (iii) the different locations of the same room had different microbial counts. The closer to the surgical table, the higher microbial count; (iv) the medical personnel's activities will greatly affect on the microbial counts in surgical rooms; and (v) the ultraviolet lamps and air cleaner have some effect on reducing the microbial counts, although such effect may also resulting from other factors, The significance for studing the surgical rooms will also be discussed. |
