中文摘要 | 美國政府於一九七五年頒佈─為所有特殊兒童均能適用的聯邦教育法案,稱"九四~一四二法案",(Public law 94-142)。此一法案明定各有關教育單位均應為特殊兒童提供適當而且免費的特殊教育以維護各個人均有接受教育的權利。 本研究採文獻搜集以及分析比較方法,旨在發展一套較為合適的問卷模式以瞭解各地區性學校為殘障兒童 (語言障礙) 實施特殊教育計劃確實情形,並評估其成效。本研究計分五章,第一章敘明評鑑所需的資料與工具;第二章在於分析各種評鑑模式與評鑑步驟;第三章介紹搜集評鑑資料的方法與可行程序;第四章發展一可行的評估問卷,包括問題項目,註解和建議;第五章結論和建議。 |
英文摘要 | The Education for all Handicapped Children Act of 1975, Public Law 94-142 Which indicated a free appropriate public education for each exceptional child is within Federal Law in United States. Both state and Local education agencies monitor the special education program of every district in improving the quality of such programs. This research tries to find an adequate evaluation questionnaire for speech/language children in order to improve the quality of such programs and provide some information for education agencies for making decision. In the first chapter an introduction presented information that showed we need to have an evaluative tool. Chapter two dealt with evaluation is the process of gathering the information and using it to do judgment. To make decision, we need to know the type and model of theoretical evaluation. In chapter three we can understand the methods and procedures for obtaining needed information. In chapter four, some of the practical current material needed to develop an evaluation questionnaire was reviewed. The writer tries to make some practice observations and recommendations. Chapter five includes (1) summary (2) discussion (3) implications. |
