中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在了解國中學生工作價值的傾向,以及其和性別、年級、家庭社經地位、學業成就、地區的關係。經以修訂後的「工作價值量表」 (Work Values Inventory),對抽得彰化縣境四所國中廿四班1093名學生,實施調查評量,經過統計考驗的結果發現:(1) 國中學生的工作價值稍呈積極傾向;(2) 國中學生的工作價值取向與學生的家庭社經地位間之關係,末達顯著水準;(3) 國中學生之工作價值取向,與性別、年級、學業成就、地區等因素,具有密切的關係。 基於以上的發現,本研究提出六項建議:(1) 加強培養國中學生正確的工作價值觀念;(2) 訂定完整的工作價值考查辦法;(3) 發揮職業輔導的功能;(4) 培育職業輔導的專業人才;(5) 建立整套可行的職業輔導模式和計劃; (6) 重視職業行為和發展理論之研究。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to investie the Work Values tendency of junior high school students, and to examine whether the students' its' work values were associate with various variables just as Sex, Grade, Family socioeconomic status. Academic achievement, and region. There were 1093 subjects drawing from 4 schools in Chang-Hua area, and were tested about their responses on the revised "Work Values Inventory ", the results reveal that: 1 ) The students' Work Values lean toword positive; 2 ) There was no significant difference in junior high school students' work values among the students of different socioeconomic level; 3 ) There were significant difference on the work values such as the variables of sex, grade, academic achievement, and region, respectively. So, there are some suggestions as follow: 1 ) to provide a objective standards of work values for students to follow; 2 ) to build an assessment system to evaluate the students; 3 ) to improve the function will of the vocational guide work; 4 ) to strengthen the traning of professional worker of vocational guidance; 5 ) to built a set of mode and planning of vocational guidance that will be resonable and workable; 6 ) to stress the study of vocational behavior and developmental theories. |
