中文摘要 | 本研究從民國68年第一期作至69年第一期作,除在嘉義農業試驗分所以盤栽秧苗法檢定五個供試水稻品種對褐飛蝨不同生物小種之抗性反應,並在彰化縣大村鄉褐飛蝨猖獗之地方調查田間之褐飛蝨棲群密度。初步結果顯示,由國際稻米研究所引進之IR13539-11-1,除對第4型生物小種為感性外,對其他1、2、3及5型生物小種均表現抗性,而IR17488-2-2-1除對第5型生物小種為感性外,對其他各型生物小種均為抗性。台中區農業改良場所育成之台中秈育223號對第1型及第3型生物小種為抗性,台中秈10號對第1型為中抗,對第2型生物小種為抗性,台中秈3號對各型生物小種均為感性。此等反應與田間褐飛蝨棲群密度調查所得結果一致,並可證實彰化縣大村鄉之褐飛蝨應屬於第1型生理小種。 由五個供試品種進行半互交所得10個雜交組合之F1及F2對褐飛蝨之反應分析顯示,台中秈育223號具有一對顯性因子Bph1a,能抗第1型及第3型生物小種;台中秈10號具有一對隱性因子bph1b,能抗第1型及第2型生物小種;IR13529-11-1具有一對顯性因子Bph2b,能抗第1、2、3及5型生物小種;IR17488-2-2-1具有一對顯性因子bph2a,能抗第1、2、3及4型生物小種。 在因子同座性測驗之分析下,發現Bph1a與bph1b及Bph2a與bph2b為相對因子,?Bph1與bph2為互相獨立之因子座。根據此項結果,能夠組合Bph1a與Bph2a或bph2b,bph1b與Bph2a或bph2b於同一個栽培品種,但卻無法組合Bph1a與bph1b或Bph2a與bph2b於同一品種。 |
英文摘要 | Five indica varieties/ lines including two breeding lines, IR13539-11-1 and IR17488-2-2-1, introduced from the International Rice Research Institute and three local varieties, Taichung Sen 3, Taichung Sen 10 and Taichung Sen-yu 223, were tested for the degree of resistance to 5 biotypes of the brown planthopper. IR13539-11-1 was found resisitant to biotypes 1, 2, 3 and 5, but susceptible to biotype 4, while IR17488-2-2-1 was susceptible to biotype 5, but resistant to the other 4 biotypes. Taichung Sen-yu 223 was resistant to biotypes 1 and 3, and Taichung Sen 10 moderately resistant to biotype 1 and resistant to biotype 2. Taichung Sen 3 was found to be highly susceptible to all biotypes. These results coincide with the reactions of brown planthopper occurrence density under field conditions in Changhwa county where biotype 1 prevailed. The results obtained from the F1 and F2 generations of the crosses between susceptible variety Taichung Sen 3 and resistant varieties/ lines Taichung Sen-yu 223, Taichung Sen 10, IR13539-11-1 and IR 17488-2-2-1 showed that the resistance to the brown planthopper of Taichung Sen-yu 223 is attributable to the single dominant gene Bph1a, which exert its effect of resistance on biotypes 1 and 3. Taichung Sen 10 is resistant to biotypes 1 and 2 because of the effect of a recessive gene bph1b. The IRRI line IR13539-11-1 carries a dominant gene Bph2a, and resistant to biotypes 1, 2, 3 and 5, IR17488-2-2-1 carries a single recessive gene bph2b and resistant to biotypes 1, 2, 3 and 4. Bph1a and bph1b, also Bph2a and bph2b are respectively postulated to be alleles. Theretically, it is imposible to combine Bph1a with bph1b or Bph2a with bph2b into one variety, but it is possible to combine Bph1a with Bph2a or bph2b, and bph1b with Bph2a or bph2b into one variety. It is believed that varieties possessing two genes resistant to the brown planthopper will retain the resistance much longer than those varieties/ lines having only one resistant gene. |
