| 中文摘要 | 本實驗藉由根瘤菌的純培養,直接探討殺草劑與不同發育期根瘤菌之交感效應,其主要結果如下: 1. 除2, 4-D外,alachlor,linuron 及prometyne對停滯期根瘤菌抑制力相當大,甚至部份根瘤菌被殺死;而對靜止期根瘤菌抑制力較小,且恢復力亦較強。依班而言400 ppm以上之殺草劑對大豆群,花生群,羽扁豆群及紫苜蓿群根瘤菌均有相當的抑制力;並且快速生長型根瘤菌又比緩慢型根瘤菌較敏感。在400、500 ppm之供試殺草劑濃度下,菌種只是被暫時的抑制;在經過1-2個生長期後,?可恢復活性。在停滯期被殺草劑抑制的根瘤菌其活性是否能恢復,實決定於其克服停滯期與對數期間之pH值與異變趨向的能力。 2. 豌豆群與花生群根瘤菌可分解50 ppm之linuron 。羽扁豆群根瘤菌可分解50 ppm之2, 4-D。惟在48小時之間其最大分解率僅10-15%。 |
| 英文摘要 | The experiment was conducted to find out the interaction between herbicides and Rhizobia in pure culture at different growth phases. The results are summarized as follows: (1) Except 2,4-D, alachlor, linuron and prometyne all showed strong growth-inhibiting effect during the lag phase. Rhizobia were temporarily suppressed under a series of concentrations of herbicides. The more concentration increased, the less cell growth recovered. In general, the fast-growing type Rhizobia were more sensitive than the slow-growing ones under the same herbicide dosage. The "anti-tendency" of pH value which changed during the critical period between lag phase and logarithmic (log) phase was the determinant concerning the recovery potential of the growth of Rhizobia. (2) Linuron with dosage of 50 ppm was decomposed by Rhizobium leguminosarum and Rhizobium japonicum (cowpea strain) individually; and 2,4-D of 50 ppm was also done by Rhizobium lupini. The maximum degradation rate of these three Rhizobium species were only 12%, 12% and 15% respecitvely. |
