中文摘要 | 為瞭解台灣香蕉氣孔之運動習性,以及對外界環境與土壤水分變化之反應,進而探討其作為灌溉指標之可行性,曾利用氣孔開度自動記錄計以及自動灌水裝置,在台中對仙人蕉之氣孔運動進行多方面之探討。 結果顯示,香蕉氣孔乃屬日間氣孔型,惟日間氣孔活動之時間短且閉合早,對外界氣候變化感應敏銳。上午氣孔活動期間,光度愈強,氣孔開度愈大,惟午後則無此關係,雖外界光度仍極強,氣孔開度仍急速降低。又香蕉氣孔運動習性在季節間亦有不同。一般而言,在寒冷季節,早晨氣孔開啟之時刻最為延遲。此外,香蕉葉片上、下表皮之氣孔運動,彼此間亦有極大之差異,而下表皮之氣孔開度與運動時間均遠大於上表皮者。 又香蕉氣孔運動與土壤水分之多寡有極密之關係。一般以生長於土壤含水量65~80%(對最大容水量%而言)之香蕉,氣孔運動最活耀且開度最大。當土壤水減少時,香蕉氣孔開度呈極敏銳之反應而急減,因此,適於作決定灌溉時期之生理指標。依香蕉缺水後之氣孔開度變化情形,知土壤水分降至pF 2.7之水分當量附近,氣孔開度達減半點,顯示應予再補充土壤水分,依此似可作為本省蕉園灌溉之依據。 |
英文摘要 | The stomatal behaviour of banana leaves was investigate by an electric auto-recording apparatus with irrigation facilities. It was found that the stomata of banana opened only under light, a day-opening type, and they closed completely before 6 p.m. After opening in the morning, the stomatal aperture increased with the increasing until noon; the stomata began to close rapidly thereafter regardless of high light intensity. In general, the stomata opened earlier in the morning during the warm season than during the cool season. The stomata of the upper epidermis bahave significantly different from those of the lower epidermis. The latter tended to open longer and larger aperture than the former. The stomatal movement is highly sensitive to the soil moisture. The stomata of banana plant grown under the soil moisture regime at 65-80% of the maximal water holding capacity were found active and in maximal aperture. As the soil moisture decreased to pF 2.7, the stomatal opening reached to half of its maximum. Since the stomata respond sensitively to the soil water stress, this physiological characteristics can be served as an indicator reflecting the status of water requirement of the banana plant. In Taiwan, irrigation may be recommended for banana planatations when the soil moisture declines to near pF 2.7. |
