中文摘要 | 供試甘藷簽、樹薯粕、香蕉簽三種飼料所含乾物、有機物、粗蛋白質、粗脂肪、粗纖維、粗灰分、無氮浸出物、粗熱能順次甘藷簽為83.84%,81.37%,3.34%,2.50%,3.13%,2.47%,72.40%,3,418 kcal/kg;樹薯粕為84.88%,83.64%,1.91%,1.60%,14.93%,2.24%,64.20%,3,747 kcal/kg;香蕉簽為89.75%,85.46%,5.60%,2.00%,2.06%,4.29%,75.88%,3,601 kcal/kg。用以乾物等量取代含乾物87.53%、粗蛋白質10.43%、粗熱能3,758 kcal/kg 之玉米大豆粉基本飼料飼豬對各項養分的消化率,經本試驗測定結果:其乾物、有機物、粗蛋白質、粗脂肪、粗纖維、無氮浸出物、熱能等之消化係數順次為甘藷簽30%含量飼糧為,88.50%,90.50%,78.93%,68.52%,28.84%,95.02%,66.14%;樹薯粕30%含量飼糧為89.98%,91.41%,81.74%,76.51%,66.38%,95.42%,64.54%;香蕉簽30%含量飼糧為90.07%,91.69%,81.26%,68.66%,55.44%,95.06%,65.37%。顯示除粗纖維之消化係數,甘藷簽30%含量飼糧,較之另外兩種供試飼糧稍低外,至於其他各項養分消化係數,供試三種飼糧彼此間差異不大。又其乾物、有機物、粗蛋白質、粗脂肪、粗纖維、無氮浸出物、熱能等可消化養分含量,可消化養分總量及營養率順次甘藷簽30%含量飼糧為76.48%,75.54%,6.89%,2.25%,0.70%,66.03%,2,418.18 kcal/kg,78.73%及1:10.35;樹薯粕30%含量飼糧為78.04%,76.65%,6.44%,2.31%,3.94%,64.00%,2,423.29 kcal/kg,79.57%及1:11.36;香蕉簽30%含量飼糧為79.44%,77.66%,7.30%,2.15%,1.14%,67.05%,2,425.82 kcal/kg,80.32%,1:11.00。顯示可消化粗纖維含量樹薯粕30%含量飼糧亦較其他兩種供試飼糧為高,乃由於供試單純樹薯粕所含粗纖維14.93%,遠較單純甘藷簽之3.13%及單純香蕉簽2.04%之為高所致。至於其他養分可消化含量,供試三種飼糧彼此間均頗相似差異並不顯著。 根據以上各項資料得知供試甘藷簽、樹薯粕、香蕉簽等三種飼料用以等量取代玉米大豆粉基本飼料30%飼豬一般對各項養分之消化率以及各項養分之可消化物含量,彼此間所得成績均頗接近並無差異,?顯示有近似的飼養價值。 |
英文摘要 | Study was made to compare the effect of feeding sweet potato chips, cassava pomace dried or banana chips as substitute for 30 percent (dry mater) of a basal corn-soybean diet on the nutrient digestibility by the pigs, Six male crossbred pigs averaging 50 kg in weight were housed individually in metabolism cages. Of these, two pigs received basal diet 70%+sweet potato chips, 30% two pigs fed basal diet 70%+cassava pomace dried 30%. While the other two pigs received basal diet 70%+banana chips 30% for a period of 10 days each treatment including 5-day adjustment and 5-day collection period. The results showed that the mean digestion coefficient of dry matter. organic matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, nitrogen free extract, energy, for the pigs fed the dict containing 30% of the sweet potato chips were 88.50%, 90.50%, 78.93%, 68.52%, 28.89%, 95.02%, 66.14%; for the pigs fed the diet containing 30% of the dried cassava pomace were 89.98%, 91.41%, 81.74%, 76.51%, 66.38%, 95.42%, 64.54%; while for the pig fed the diet containing 30% of the banana chips were 90.07%, 91.69%, 81.26%, 68.66%, 55.44%, 95.06%, 65.37% respectively. The difference of the digestion coefficients of the nutrients among the three experimental diets all showed not significant with the exception of the crude fiber digestion coefficient. The digestible contents of dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, nitrogen free extract, energy total digestible nutrients as well as the nutritive ratio by the pigs among the three experimental diets also showed no significance of difference except the digestible crude fiber content. It was probably due to the higher crude fiber content of the experimental dried cassava pomace than that of the sweet potato chips or the banana ships. |
