中文摘要 | 一般印度型品種較日本型品種水稻容易脫粒,為轉移不脫粒性特性導入印度型栽培稻。因此,以缺乏離層組織之白米粉M為非輪?親,而嘉秈選8號與D-35為輪?親,進行雜交工作,其結果: 1. 經由組織解剖觀察結果,離層組織厚度輪?親中以嘉秈選8號較大。各雜交組合之F1離層組織厚度皆較原親小,其著生型態則保留各原親之特徵。又構成離層組織之細胞與鄰近普通細胞較之,體積小,核大,形狀不規則,且作緊密排列而形成離層。 2. 兩雜交組合一致顯示易脫粒性對不脫粒性為部份顯性作用。同時,支配其脫粒性遺傳之因子數目的差異,最少有兩對。 3. 嘉秈選8號及D-35各與白米粉M雜交組合之狹義遺傳率,分別為99.53%與37.26%,且皆呈顯著結果。又兩雜交組合之遺傳因子效應分析顯示,皆存有累加性因子效應、顯性效應及上位性效應。 |
英文摘要 | Indica varieties generally exhibit easier to shattering than japonicas. In order to transfer the non-shedding character into cultivated rice of indicas by crossing trial was made. The materials studied included the non-recurrent parent of Pai-mi-fen mutant (absence abscission layer) and two recurrent parents of Chiang Shen selected 8 and D-35. The result are summarized as follows: 1. According to anatomical observation, there is the thickness of abscission layer of hrbrid (F1) for both cross combination were relatively narrow to their parental line. But the mophological development character of abscission layer which appeared as to its parent. The abscission layer consist of cells which a small volume, large nucleus and non-order shape and close arrangement each other were relative to common cell. 2. The data indicated indentically a partial dominanced effect of shedding to non-shedding, and the difference in gene number which controlls inheritance was found at least two blocks of genes in both sets of crosses. 3. Regarding to estimate the heritability in narrow sense of 0.9953 and 0.3726, there is a significant difference in Chiang Shen selected 8 and D-35 was crosses with Pai-mi-fen mutant, respectively. To separate epistatic effects from additive and dominance effects, it was found that both the additive gene and dominance gene effects and the effects of epistasis were present in the inheritance of grain shattering for both sets of crosses. |
