| 中文摘要 | 本篇研究報告係以臺灣地區四種不同土壤黏質壤土、壤土、砂質壤土a、砂質壤土b來測定linuron [3-3, 4-(dichlorophenyl)-methoxyl-1-methylurea]和simazine [2-Chloro-4, 6-bis (ethylamino)-s-triaze]之吸附性及移動性。Linuron和Simazine之吸附性與有機質和粘土成份呈正相關。提高土壤pH值,促進simazine之吸附性,Simazine在四種土壤中之平均吸附係數(k=3.48)小於linuron(k=7.22)。以土壤厚層層次分析法(soil thick-layer chromatography)測定結果:linuron及simazine之移動性隨著土壤中有機質和粘土成分而降低。Simazine在四種土壤之平均移動指數(Rf=0.72)大於linuron(Rf=0.58)。simazine之移動性與土壤pH值呈正相關(r=0.78)。Simazine和Linuron在土壤中之垂直移動性,隨著淋溶水量增加,促進藥劑之滲透深度。增加藥劑施用量對垂直移動性影影甚小。 |
| 英文摘要 | Experiments were conducted to study adsorption, mobility and vertical mobility of linuron (3-3, 4-(dichlorophenyl)-methoxyl-1-methylurea) and simazine (2-Chloro-4, 6-bis (ethylamino)-s-triazine) in soils. Adsorption of linuron and simazine were correlated positively with organic matter and clay in soil. The higher pH on soil was conducted to lower simazine adsorption. Linuron was adsorded in soil much more than simazine. Soil mobility of those two herbicides were greater with low organic matter and low clay content. Soil pH had a effect on mobility of simazine. Simazine showed more mobile in soil than linuron. The vertical mobility of linuron and simazine in soil profile were appeared relating to the amount of leaching water. |
