中文摘要 | 為探討分季連續選拔法應用於大豆育種上的效果,使用F、E、L、Q 及R五個由不同分季連續選拔法育成的系統?及兩個比較品種,合共47品系(表1),播種於春、夏、秋三個期作,結果發現: 利用?歸分析法,分析性狀之季節穩定性;發現:除蛋白質含量外大部分性狀之品系平均值概與其?歸係數呈正相關;而F、R兩?之產量概高而較不穩定,唯其少數品系之產量與安定性均極理想;E、L兩?之產量稍低而較安定;惟Q?之產量與穩定性均趨於中等。同時,F?之油分含量高而穩定,但其蛋白質則不安定;E、L 兩?之蛋白質亦不穩定,但其油分含量則低而穩定;Q、R兩?之油分含量均高而較不穩定,但Q?之蛋白質含量穩定性之品系間差異很大,而R?則大部分均為蛋白質含量穩定的品系。此外,尚發現各系統?之開花期與成熟期概均有平均安定性。 性狀間安定性的相互關係依?而異,一般而言,蛋白質及油分含量二性狀與其他性狀之穩定性間均無明顯的關係存在。而混合?之產量安定性則與全乾物重、分枝數、分枝莢數、總莢數、粒數、株高及油分等性狀之穩定間呈顯著正相關;F?之產量穩定性則與全乾物重、粒數、分枝莢數及收穫指數等性狀之穩定性及主莖莢數之可塑性間關係密切;E;L兩?則以全乾物重、分枝莢數、總莢數、粒數及開花期等性狀之穩定性與收穫指數之可塑性等與產量穩定性之關係較密切;而Q、R兩?之產量穩定性則與收穫指數、全乾物重之穩定性及株高之可塑性關係密切。 |
英文摘要 | Five strain-groups, F, E, L, Q and R obtained from different disruptive seasonal selections (Table 1) in hybrid populations and two check-cultivars of soybean which made of 47 strains in total were planted in spring, summer and fall to investigate the yield stability and its mechanism of disruptive seasonal selections in soybean breeding. Regression analysis methed was applied to estimate the seasonal stability of different characters. The strain-means of most characters, except protein content, seemed to be positively correlated with their regression coefficients. Most strains in the F and R groups had higher mean yields and lower stabilities, while few strains showed appreciably high and stable yields; and yield of most strains in E and L groups were lower but more stable than those of other groups. However, both the mean yields and yield stabilities of the Q strains were near the average value. Oil content was high and stable in the F group; low and stable in the E and L groups; but high and unstable in the Q and R groups. Protein content was very unstable in the F, E and L groups but quite stable in the R group. The stabilities varied significantly among strains in Q group. Both days to flowering and to maturity showed average stability in all five groups. The relationship of stabilities among characters differed markedly in strain groups. In general, the stability of protein or oil content was not correlated with other characters. Among the whole-strain group, stability of yield was positively correlated with those of total dry weight, branch number, number of pods on branches, total pod number, seed number, plant height and oil content. In the F group, stability of yield was positively correlated with those of total dry weight, seed number, number of pods on branches and harvest index, but negatively correlated with that of number of pods on main stem. In the E and L groups, the interelation among stabilities of total fry weight, number of pods on branches, total pod number, seed number and days to flowering, and the plasticity of harvest index had a pronounced effect on the stability of yield. However, in the Q and R groups, the stability of yield seemed to be depend upon the compensational relationship among the stabilities of harvest index, total dry weight and the plasticity of plant height. |
