| 英文摘要 | Using the seeds sampled at random from the natural populations of Oryza perennis (including three hybird or mixed populations of perennis and sativa) and one of O. breviligulata, within-populational zymographic variations for peroxidase and acid phosphatase were observed, and the alleles present at the Px1 and Acp1 loci were detemined in each plant from the zymograms. Then, the frequencies of the alleles and heterozygotes were obtained in each population. The data indicated that, similary in both enzyme species, populations of perennial forms were more heterozygous, though not always more polymorphic, than those of annual forms. A population of American perennis and another of breviligulata were monomorphic. Hybrid swarms of perennis and sativa contained the alleles found in sativa varieties only, which are fewer than those distributed in perennis; allelic convergence with domestication seems to have taken place. Though the number of plants observed was not large enough, the results of these observations agreed well with those reported for quantitative characters in Oryza species and also with those reported for isozymes in other plant species. |
