中文摘要 | (一)試驗材料: 本試驗共採用四種源,在此四種源內共選出15株優良母數,以此母數1971年冬所產種子供作試驗之用。 (二)試驗方法: 先測定各母樹發芽種子呼吸量及早期生長,後測定一年生及二年生苗木生長及分枝情形。 (三)試驗結果: 1. 二年生苗木高生長,莖徑生長,新芽呼吸量分枝數,側枝總長其變異在種源間不顯著,在種源內母數間均顯著,其在種源內母數間變方成分亦大於種源間變方成分。 2. 二年生苗木高生長與其新芽呼吸量,一年生長及早期生長均有顯著正相關。 3. 二年生苗木莖徑生長與其新芽呼吸量,一年生長及早期生長均無顯著之相關。 |
英文摘要 | Materials: Four provenances (15 trees) were used in this experiment. The seed materials used in this experiment were collected from 15 seed lots in November of 1971. Method: To measure the respiration rate of two-year seedling shoot by manometric techinque and two-year seedling growth. Results: 1. The analysis of variance of oxygen consumption by seedling shoot and two-year seedling growth showed that there were no significant differences among provenances and significant differences among trees within provenance. The most of variation associated with trees within provenance. 2. There was no significant correlation between seed weight and two-year seedling growth. 3. There was significant correlation between oxygen consumption by two-year seedling shoot and early growth and two-year seedling stem lenth. 4. There was no significant correlation between oxygen consumption by two-year seedling shoot and early growth and two-year seedling diameter. |
