中文摘要 | (一)本試驗共採用四種源,在此四種源內選出18株優良母樹,以此母樹1971年冬所產之種子供作試驗之用。 (二)首先秤種子重量,然後再以呼吸測定器測定發芽種子之呼吸量,次則測定種子發芽後三天胚根生長,一年苗木高生長,苗木側枝數,苗木側枝總長。 (三)1. 種子重量,發芽種子呼吸量,三天胚根生長,一年苗木高生長,側枝數及側枝總長其差異在種源間不顯著,除側枝總長外,其餘在種源內母樹間差異均極顯著或顯著。2. 種子重量與發芽種子呼吸量,三天胚根生長及苗木一年高生長,均無顯著之相關,而發芽種子之呼吸量與三天胚根生長及一年苗木高生長,以及三天胚根生長與一年苗木高生長,均有極顯著或顯著之正相關。 |
英文摘要 | Materials: Four provonances (18 trees) were used in this experiment. The seed materials used in this experiment were collected from 18 seed lots in November of 1971. Method: To measure the respiration rate of germinated seed by manometric technique and three-day radicle length and one-year seedling growth. Results: 1. The analysis of variance of oxygen consumption by germinated seed and three day radicle longth and one-year seedling growth showed that there were no significant differences among provenances and highly significant differnces among trees within provenance. The most of variation associated with trees within prevenance. 2. There was no significant corrolation between seed weight and oxygen consumption by germinated seed and three-day radicle length and one-year seedling growth. 3. There was highly significant corrolation between oxygen consumption by germinated seed and three-day radiclo length and one-year seedling growth. |
