中文摘要 | 利用奧國春小麥Mex 22A, Svenno及Svenno Grannen三品種,在自然狀態下,分別以寬(10 cm)及密(3 cm) 二株距種植並視察株內,株間及穗內之蛋白質含量之變異情形。同一試區內不同株間及同一株內不同穗間之蛋白質含量之差異極為顯著。同一株內,第一穗(主幹)之蛋白質含量最低,其變易量亦最小,此等值按第一、第二及第三穗之次序增大。各分蘗之長度與蛋白質含量之間有顯著的負相關關係。千粒重與蛋白質含量之間亦有顯著的負相關關係。種子產量與蛋白質含量間之負相關關係不顯著。密植可減少蛋白質之含量,同時亦減少其變異。 為減少育種選拔中後代蛋白質含量之變異性,應將材料以等株距種在土壤肥力均勻之試區培育種子大小均一的植株,收穫時取用發育最好的第一穗(主幹)或第二穗之種供為蛋白分析值之用。 |
英文摘要 | Three wheat varieties Mex 22A, Svenno and Svenno Grannen were grown under the normal field condition with two planting densities. A significant difference in protein content was found between plants and between spikes within a plant. The best developed first spike was found to have the lowest protein content and protein variability within a plant. The protein content and variability increased with the decrease in tiller length. A significant corralation between percent protein and tiller length and 1,000 kernel weight was observed. The closer planting density resulted in a reduction in protein content and smaller in protein variabilities. For screening protein content in wheat, materials should be grown at equal distance and only the best developed first and second spikes should be used for protein analysis. By doing so the protein variabilities due to various environmental effects could be minimized. |
