中文摘要 | 本試驗為研究甘藷蛋白質含量高低之品種,在不同之環境因素下,如地區、年份、栽培季節,種植密度、氮及鉀肥施用量等,對甘藷塊根及莖葉粗蛋白質含量之影響,以期供為甘藷育種及栽培技術改進上之有效應用。 據分析結果,不同品種、地區及年份間對甘藷塊根粗蛋白質含量之差異均為極顯著,地區與品種交感作用亦為極顯著,而品種與年份交感作用為不顯著,品種間平均之塊根蛋白質含量之變域為3.2~8.3%,地區間之變域為2.8~6.5%及年份間之變域為4.3~5.8%。不同栽培季節間對甘藷塊根及莖葉粗蛋白質含量之差異亦為極顯著,栽培季節間塊根粗蛋白質含量之變域為3.4~6.1%及有效莖葉粗蛋白質之變域為17.0~19.1%。 施用N肥對增加甘藷塊根及莖葉粗蛋白質含量最為明顯,每公頃施用N為50及150公斤,塊根粗蛋白質含量分別為4.3~5.3%,而莖葉粗蛋白質含量分別為17.1~19.3%。 過量施用N肥,對莖葉生產量之增加,極為顯著,但對塊根乾物收量則有減少之效果,而適當施用N肥,對塊根粗蛋白質含量及乾物收量之增加,均具有明顯之效果。 不同種植密度及鉀肥施用量間對增加塊根及莖葉粗蛋白質含量之效果為不顯著。 甘藷同株內不同大小塊根間粗蛋白質含量之差異不顯著,而不同株間塊根粗蛋白質含量之差異較大,此可能因區間土壤肥度等不同所影響。 |
英文摘要 | This study was conducted to investigate the effects of environmental factors, such as location, year, planting season, plant population, nitrogen and potassium fertilizer levels on the crude protent in root and top parts of sweet potatoes. Analysis of variance indicated that the differences in protein content of roots among varieties, locations, and years were significant at the 1% level. The variety by location interaction was also highly significant. However, the interaction of variety by year was small and nonsignificant. The average protein content of roots among varieties varied from 3.2 to 8.3%, among locations from 2.8 to 6.5% and between the two years from 4.3 to 5.8%. Differences in crude protein content of root and top parts among planting were also highly significant. The protein content in roots among planting seasons varied from 3.4 to 6.1% and that in tops ranged from 17 to 19.1%. Increasing the rate of notrogen applied was highly significant increased percent of crude protein content in root and top parts. Protein content of the roots was increased from 4.3 to 5.3% by applications 50 and 150 kg/ha of nitrogen, respectively. The protein content of the top parts was likewise increased from 17.1 to 19.3%, respectively. The heaviest N was added, the production of top parts was significantly increased, but the dry matter yield in roots was decreased. In sweet potato cultivation, it is important, and therefore, the application of N fertilization can be effective when N supply is optimum, and in this way the dry matter yield and protein content in roots and can be both increased. Plant population and potassium fertilizer levels had little effect on percentage of crude protein content in root and top parts. Differences in crude protein content at two size of roots in single hill were not significant. Protein content in roots of individual hill within varieties is relatively large. It is probable that there was due to the difference in the soil fertility among, replicates. |
