中文摘要 | 生蛋菜鴨腦下垂體前葉中,激性腺素LH含量,在一生蛋周期中之變化,經應用OAAD方法研究結果,發現在排卵期前20,12,8小時及在排卵前均較高,但以在排卵前16及4小時較低。腦下垂體中LH含量降低之原因,為腦下垂體本身釋放LH所致。引起排卵前16小時,LH含量較低之原因,為腦下垂體第一次是放LH之結果。其LH含量,在排卵前4小時較低之原因,則為腦下垂體第二次釋放LH之結果,此點頗有支持作者,過去應用腦下垂體去除術,認定LH釋出之時間,係在排卵前5?~7小時之處,故第二次釋出之LH,可認為與排卵有關,至於第一次釋出之LH,其功能尚有待研究。 |
英文摘要 | Changes of pituitary LH level in the laying domestic ducks during an ovulatory cycle has been investigated. The overian ascorbic acid depletion method was used for the measurement of quantities of LH in the potuitary glands. During the ovulatory cycle, the levels of LH in the pituitary underwent two major changes. The LH level kept high at 20, 12, and 8 hours before ovluation and also at the point of ovulation, but was low at 16 and 4 hours before ovulation. The change pattern was somewhat similar to that in the laying hens. It is believed that the low content of LH in the pitutary was the result of the release of LH from the pituitary itself. Low LH content at 16 hours before ovulation was the result of the first LH release, while the low LH content at 4 hours before ovluation was causesd by the second LH releases. It is not known about the function of the LH from the first release. The LH from the second release is considered to be responsible for the next ovulation. |
