中文摘要 | (一)Zn65分佈較柔軟組織中較多,並以肝為最多,注射後72小時最多,以後則減少,緊密組織中則較少,但是繼續的增多。 (二)鋅大部分在糞便排泄,小部分在尿中排泄。 (三)鋅總含量以較緊密組織中較多,並以門牙為最多,並不因注射Zn65後之期間不同有顯著的差異。 (四)Zn65之Specific activity 亦與Zn65分佈情形相同。 (五)鋅在豬體內代謝過程,可以說是,吸收後除去部分由糞便中排泄外,大部分先進入較柔軟之內臟組織中至72小時後,再陸續轉移至齒,骨等之緊密組織中,代謝後之鋅再由糞便及尿中排泄。 (六)皮膚內含鋅量並不多,但其代謝轉移?甚為迅速,故體內缺乏鋅時,皮膚最為敏感,與Parakeratosis 有著密切的關係。 |
英文摘要 | Four pigs slaughtered at 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours after Zn65 muscular injection respectively. Samples of blood, urine, feces, lung, liver, heart, pancreas, spleen, adrenal, kidney, rib, incisors, skin and musles were carefully selected and weighted. Radiozinc measurement were made with well type Sciantallation Counter. Total zinc content of selected samples were determined by chemical analyses. The accumulation of concentration radiozinc and the specific activity were highest in soft tissues, and gradual increasing to 72 hours after Zn65 administration, then droping, but in density tissues, it was still increasing to 96 hours after Zn65 administration (end of the examination) and going on. The concentration of radiozinc and total zinc in feces about ten times more than in urine. At all, the zinc metabolic pathway was that the lots of absorbed zinc entered into soft tissues first, then transfered it from soft tissues to density tissues and accumulated. The zinc excreted from feces about ten times more than urine. The concentration of zinc in skin was not too much, but its specific acitivity was very high, other words, the zinc metabolism in skin was fast. |
