| 英文摘要 | Multi-modal exercise training (MET), which integrates various exercise elements and health behaviors, is an effective intervention for enhancing cognitive function. However, the heterogeneity in MET intervention modalities and intensities leads to variations in its beneficial effects. Therefore, investigating the cognitive benefits of martial arts-based MET is a subject worthy of further discussion. This literature review aims to identify studies incorporating martial arts with MET interventions, summarize their effects on cognitive function, and provide recommendations for future research. The review spans databases including PubMed, Web of Science, and Scopus, ultimately including 19 studies that met the selection criteria. The results indicate that martial arts-based MET has positive effects on cognitive function across different age groups and cognitive domains, with research trends increasingly focusing on the neurophysiological mechanisms underlying these effects. Additionally, training prescription design is identified as a key variable influencing intervention outcomes. Future studies that accurately monitor training prescriptions could strengthen the evidence base for martial arts-based MET interventions. Overall, martial arts-based MET demonstrates positive cognitive benefits, supporting its role as an effective approach for cognitive enhancement. However, existing studies lack precise training prescription monitoring, highlighting the need for further exploration of optimal training prescriptions and the integrated effects of various martial arts disciplines combined with health behaviors. |
