| 中文摘要 | 本研究以三個臺灣主要茶樹栽培品種-青心烏龍、青心大冇、四季春的插穗為材料,利用不同劑量^(60)Co-γ射線進行一次性照射,經8∼9個月扦插苗培育後,藉由相對成活率推算半致死劑量(LD_(50)),作為輻射誘變參考劑量。試驗結果說明,青心烏龍LD_(50)為17.21 Gy;青心大冇之LD_(50)為13.28 Gy;四季春之LD_(50)為11.78 Gy,可作為建立茶樹輻射誘變方法之參考劑量。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study utilized cuttings from three major tea cultivars in Taiwan, Chih-Shin-Oolong, Chih-Shin-Dapan, and Shy-Jih-Chuen, as experimental materials. A single exposure to different doses of ^(60)Co-γ radiation was applied. After 8 to 9 months of cultivation through cutting propagation, the semi-lethal dose (LD_(50)) was estimated based on the relative survival rate, serving as the reference dose for radiation-induced mutagenesis. The results indicated that the LD_(50) were 17.21 Gy for Chih-Shin-Oolong, 13.28 Gy for Chih-Shin-Dapan, and 11.78 Gy for Shy-Jih-Chuen. These findings can be used as reference doses for establishing effective radiation mutagenesis protocols in tea breeding. |
