| 英文摘要 | The Fu Chuan Tzu-Shin Social Welfare Foundation applies the officially mandated curriculum of the Department of Social Sciences to provide education in compassion and self-management for students. The Department of Social Sciences curriculum follows an “Interdisciplinary Integration Curriculum Model.” The Foundation has established the program entitled " The Fu Chuan Tzu Shin Undergraduate Program". Through the program’s operation, six educational models gradually and implicitly emerged from its original philosophy of learning, collectively referred to as the “Fu Chuan Tzu Shin Undergraduate Program Educational Model and Lifelong Learning Process”: (1) integration of old and new students; (2) cross-age multi-group learning; (3) cross-disciplinary and cross-industry sharing; (4) joint learning through social welfare resources; (5) potential for volunteer service; and (6) intervention and response model. This model supports students in five lifelong learning processes: (1) improving knowledge and skills to strengthen human capital; (2) responding to technological and market changes to maintain workplace adaptability; (3) promoting health-related human capital to improve job stability; (4) cultivating innovation capabilities to enhance knowledge creation; and (5) extending professional careers to increase social contributions. |
