| 中文摘要 | 目的:本研究旨在探討醫院工作人員基本資料、行為態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制等對子宮頸癌篩檢行為的影響,做為醫院推動預防保健及子宮頸癌篩檢之參考。方法:本研究以2家區域醫院之女性員工為對象,以橫斷面結構式問卷調查法,進行子宮頸癌篩檢行為意向及篩檢行為調查,發放問卷500份,回收有效問卷為421份,回收率84.2%。資料利用SPSS 20.0統計套裝軟體分析。結果:子宮頸癌篩檢的行為態度、主觀規範及知覺行為控制對篩檢行為意向呈正相關。員工對於接受子宮頸癌篩檢之行為態度及知覺行為控制與實際行為有顯著性相關,且行為意向在行為態度及知覺行為控制對篩檢行為具有中介效果。結論:建議未來針對員工訂定良好鼓勵政策,使抹片篩檢時間彈性或增加可近性等措施,使員工能於自行意志控制之範圍下,可方便進行子宮頸癌篩檢,以促使醫院員工提高篩檢意願,以能定期及規律接受子宮頸癌篩檢。 |
| 英文摘要 | Objective: This study aimed at exploring hospital staffs' influence of basic information, behavioral attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control of cervical cancer on screening behavior, so as to serve as a reference for hospitals to promote preventive health care and cervical cancer screening. Methods: This study conducted a cross-sectional questionnaire survey on the behavioral intention and behavior of cervical cancer screening among the female hospital staff in 2 regional hospitals. Five hundred questionnaires were distributed and 421 valid questionnaires returned, the response rate is around 84.2%. The data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 statistical software. Results: The hospital staff's cervical cancer screening behavioral attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control are positively correlated with screening behavior. Employees' behavioral attitude and perceived behavioral control towards receiving cervical cancer screening are significantly related to their actual behavior, and The behavioral intention plays a role of mediating effect among behavioral attitude, perceived behavioral control, and actual behavioral. Conclusions: It is suggested that in the future, hospitals should propose incentive screening policies for hospital staff , such as time flexibility or increasing accessibility, so that employees can be under the control of their own will, and encourage hospital staff to increase their willingness to undergo screening and receive regular screening. |
