中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國小教師參與教師研習之行為意向,以計畫行為理論(Theory of Planned Behavior, TPB)為研究架構基礎,藉由結構方程式AMOS 及 SPSS 17.0 的統計分析,驗證高雄市國小教師參與教 師研習之「行為意向」模式。根據本研究實證結果顯示,影響國小教師「參與教師研習行為意向」的 結構之中,「態度」、「主觀規範」與「知覺行為控制」對行為意向皆有顯著的影響。「態度」構面 對行為意向的影響是最大的,其次是「知覺行為控制」,而「主觀規範」的影響是最小的。在態度構 面中,「個人相關利益」與「社會相關利益」對於態度有正向顯著影響,「個人相關利益」的影響大於 「社會相關利益」;在主觀規範構面中,「次群體」與「主群體」對於主觀規範也都有顯著影響,「次 群體」的影響大於「主群體」;在知覺行為控制構面中,「自我能力」與「便利條件」對知覺行為控 制也均有正向顯著影響,「自我能力」的影響大於「便利條件」。研究結果與建議提供後續研究者與 相關單位參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to understand the intention of the teachers of elementary school participate in in-service teacher trainings. This study constructed the behavior intention model for the teachers elementary schools in Kaohsiung city to participate in in-service teacher trainings on the basis of theory of Planned Behavior. constructed data files, and performed statistical analysis by AMOS and SPSS 17.0. The study results showed that “attitude”, “subjective norm” and “perceived behavioral control” had a significant impact on behavioral intention when teachers of elementary schools in Kaohsiung city participate in in-service teacher trainings. According to the study results "attitude" was the greatest impact, followed by "perceived behavioral control," and "subjective norms". In the dimension of attitude, “individual interests” and “society interests” had significant influences on attitude and showed positive relation to it. In fact ,it was the key point which affects the teachers’ decision to participate in in-service teacher trainings.Subjective norm also affected behavior intention. Whether teachers were willing to participate in in-service trainings depended on the major groups’ and minor groups’ opinions. The more positive impact the groups have on “subjective norm”, the more willingness will be increased for the teachers to participate in trainings. The facilitating condition and self-efficacy were significant on the perceived behavioral control dimension and had positive correlation to it. The more sufficient facilitating conditions are, the stronger self-efficacy will increase the behavioral intentions in participating in in-service trainings. Based on the results, it proposes suggestions for further study and the reference to school related administrative units. |
