| 中文摘要 | 臺灣作為海洋國家,深化海洋教育至關重要。 然而,教學者普遍缺乏專業知能與多元教學 法,導致海洋教育推動困難。本文提出系統性 策略,結合跨領域教學與建模教學法,提升海 洋運動教育人才的專業素養。首先回顧人才培 育現況,並依據教師專業知識理論,剖析海洋 運動教師應具備的關鍵知能。以國中「浮力原 理」結合海洋運動為例,設計建模教學活動, 展現跨領域整合的實踐方式。最後,提出涵蓋 基礎、專業、高階的師資養成策略,期望為臺 灣海洋運動人才培育提供具體方向,深化國民 海洋素養,實踐海洋國家教育願景。 |
| 英文摘要 | As a maritime nation, Taiwan places strate- gic importance on advancing marine sports education. However, the limited professional expertise and lack of diverse pedagogical ap- proaches among educators have constrained its effective promotion. This study proposes a systematic strategy integrating interdisciplin- ary instruction with modeling-based teach- ing methods to strengthen the professional competencies of marine sports educators. Drawing on the theory of teacher profession- al knowledge, the paper reviews the current state of talent cultivation and identifies the essential competencies required of marine sports instructors. Using the junior high school topic of the principle of buoyancy in combina- tion with marine sports as a case example, it illustrates the practical application of model- ing-based activities in interdisciplinary integra- tion. The study further introduces a three-tier teacher education framework comprising foundational, professional, and advanced levels, designed to guide talent development, enhance citizens’ ocean literacy, and support the educational vision of a maritime nation. These findings provide a concrete roadmap for strengthening Taiwan’s capacity in marine sports education and advancing its broader ocean-oriented educational goals. |
