| 中文摘要 | 隨著醫學美容產業的快速發展,安全、有效且具低侵入性的治療方式逐漸受到重視,傳統療 法如雷射治療、化學換膚與注射填充雖已廣泛使用,但其效果往往受個體差異、維持時間、副作 用及術後恢復期等因素影響而存在限制。近年來,高濃度血小板血漿 (Platelet-Rich Plasma, PRP) 因取自自體血液、免疫排斥風險低,且富含多種生長因子,可促進膠原蛋白生成與組織修復,被 視為極具潛力的新興再生療法。本篇回顧近十年來國內外高濃度 PRP 於醫學美容領域中相關文 獻,綜述 PRP 的製備方式、作用機制以及 PRP 在醫學美容領域中的臨床應用,包含皮膚年輕化、 掉髮治療、痤瘡疤痕修復以及與其他療程如雷射、微針的結合效果。多數研究顯示,PRP 可以改 善膚質、增加膠原蛋白生成與促進毛囊活化等。然而,臨床療效仍受製備方法、血小板濃度、注 射次數與個體差異等因素影響,導致結果不一致,未來仍需更多隨機對照試驗以建立標準化流程 與治療指引。本篇以系統性回顧方式整理近十年 PRP 於醫美照護之研究成果,相關文獻主要檢 索自 PubMed、Scopus 與 Google Scholar,根據傳統美容療法、PRP、PRP 作用原理、生長因子、 PRP 於醫美之應用、皮膚年輕化、組織再生等之核心關鍵字,進行文獻檢索與篩選。 |
| 英文摘要 | With the rapid growth of the aesthetic medicine industry, there is an increasing demand for safe, effective, and minimally invasive treatments. Conventional approaches such as laser therapy, chemical peels, and injectable fillers are widely used but remain limited by individual variability, treatment duration, side effects, and recovery time. In recent years, high-concentration platelet-rich plasma (PRP), derived from autologous blood with minimal risk of immune rejection and enriched with multiple growth factors, has emerged as a promising regenerative therapy capable of promoting collagen synthesis and tissue repair. This review summarizes research from the past decade on the use of high-concentration PRP in aesthetic medicine, focusing on its preparation methods, mechanisms of action, and clinical applications. Key indications include skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, acne scar repair, and combination treatments involving lasers or microneedling. Most studies demonstrate that PRP improves skin quality, enhances collagen production, and stimulates follicular activity with a favorable safety profile. However, clinical outcomes vary due to differences in preparation techniques, platelet concentration, and treatment frequency. Further randomized controlled trials are needed to establish standardized preparation protocols and treatment guidelines. This study employs a systematic review approach to summarize research findings from the past decade on the use of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic care. Relevant literature was primarily retrieved from PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar using core keywords related to traditional aesthetic therapies, PRP, mechanisms of PRP action, growth factors, PRP applications in aesthetic medicine, skin rejuvenation, and tissue regeneration for literature searching and screening. |
