| 中文摘要 | 使用(θ+α)-Al2O3複合粉末(α 含量 75%)製作之生坯,以二階段式燒結 (TSS, Two Stage Sintering) 熱處理,可成功製得晶徑小於 3 微米(平均晶徑 1.5 微米)的氧化鋁陶瓷體。第 一階段升溫至 (T1) 1,460℃、1,475℃及 1,500℃後,再降溫至第二段 (T2) 1,420℃持溫,時間 為 2、4、及 6 小時。其中 T1 溫度越高,α-Al2O3 晶粒晶徑越大。於 T2 持溫緻密化(相對密 度 100%)時可得最小平均徑 1.2 微米。隨持溫時間增長燒結體的密度升高,晶粒粗化,晶 形(2 維切面)趨六邊形,晶界變直。最終整體陶瓷體遍布直線晶界。是以晶粒越細直線晶 界密度也越高。以 Vickers hardness 檢驗其機械強度,說明晶粒越細晶界密度也越高,硬度 也越高。且當相對密度達 96% TD(理論密度),Vickers hardness 均可大於 28 GPa。(θ+ α)- Al2O3複合粉末為可低溫製作高強度氧化鋁之原料粉末。 |
| 英文摘要 | The basic characteristics of a polycrystalline alumina of sintered densities >96.0 % TD with grain size <3.0μm are examined. The alumina was prepared by (θ+ α)-Al_2O_3 composite powder (α phase content ~75%) and sintered by TSS (Two Stage Sintering) techniques. The greens were firstly heated to (T_1) temperatures of 1,450℃, 1,475℃, and 1,500℃, and then lowered to the temperature (T_2) 1,420℃ for holding at durations of 2, 4, and 6 hours. Those alumina sintered at higher T_1 temperatures resulted in finer grain size after T_2 proceeded, because it possessed larger grain size and higher relative density at T_1 and can reach 100% density at relatively shorter duration when proceeded at T_2. The hardness values measured by Vickers hardness tester showed above 28GPa once the alumina reached the relative densities of 96%TD. Finer grain sizes normally experience higher hardness values. |
