| 中文摘要 | 近年來,隨著臺灣在國際社會中的能見度提升,歐洲地區對於臺灣語文(華 語與臺語)課程的興趣日增。然而,歐洲各大學在設立臺灣語文課程時,仍面臨 多重挑戰。本文以德國兩所大學—慕尼黑大學與慕尼黑工業大學—為例,探討臺 灣語文課程的制度架構的現況與挑戰,研究主要透過分析兩所大學網頁公告之 華語課程相關法規制度與課程架構與學生針對課程的教學評鑑資料,從德國本 地學生、國際學生與華語教師等多重視角切入,綜合探討。本研究進一步剖析當 前歐洲高等教育場域中臺灣語文教育的潛力與挑戰,並提出未來可行的推廣與 合作策略。 |
| 英文摘要 | In recent years, the growing global visibility of Taiwan has led to increasing interest in Taiwanese language programs—Mandarin and Taiwanese (Hokkien)—across Europe. Nevertheless, European universities still face multiple challenges in establishing and sustaining such programs. This study takes two German institutions—Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU) and the Technical University of Munich (TUM)—as case studies to examine the current institutional frameworks and challenges of Taiwanese language education. The research employs document and content analysis of university regulations and course structures, supplemented by student evaluation data, and approaches the topic from the perspectives of local German students, international students, and Mandarin instructors. The findings highlight both the potential and difficulties of developing Taiwanese language programs within the European higher education context and propose feasible strategies for future promotion and academic cooperation. |
