| 英文摘要 | Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate whether cooperative learning mediates the effect of peer leadership and social loafing among college students. Methods: An experimental design was employed to investigate the effects of cooperative learning in two sport events, both quantitative and qualitative questionnaires were used to analyze the results. Results: In the first sport event, the participants did not experience a mediating effect of cooperative learning on peer leadership and social loafing p), whereas in the second sport event, cooperative learning was shown to have a full mediating effect on peer leadership and social loafing (β = .31*, p < .05), which means that through the experience of the first sport event, participants were able to influence the social loafing of other participants through cooperative learning in the second sport event of the program. Cooperative learning influenced other participants' changes in social loafing. Conclusions: Through the two sport events in the classroom, the participants of the study understood the importance of cooperative learning and achieved more cooperative learning in the second event than in the first event. Originality/value: 1. Instead of focusing on quantitative questionnaires as the theme of the previous study, the mediation effect of the two studies was compared by focusing on the qualitative and quantitative aspects to capture the strengths of both sides as a complementary effect. 2. To explore the influence of cooperative learning on peer leadership and social loafing in the teaching practice of university students. |
