| 中文摘要 | 近年來隨著阻力訓練的盛行,選手除了專項訓練外亦會透過阻力訓練來提升運動表現,而阻力訓練過程如何提高動作品質與維持動作速度以達到最佳的訓練效益,目前係教練、選手與運動科學領域學者所重視的議題之一。先前研究發現強調阻力訓練時的動作速度能有助於提升肌力與爆發力的訓練效果,近年來的研究將原先傳統配置阻力訓練的單一組內連續反覆拆成多個群聚組配置,並於群聚組配置之間設定10-30秒的組內休息時間,研究結果顯示:群聚組配置阻力訓練較傳統配置阻力訓練更能提升爆發力訓練效益,並能有效降低阻力訓練時的動作速度流失、疲勞程度與乳酸堆積情形。 |
| 英文摘要 | In recent years, with the growing popularity of resistance training, athletes have incorporated it alongside specialized training to enhance their performance. A key issue currently emphasized by coaches, athletes, and sports scientists is how resistance training can improve movement quality and maintain movement speed to achieve optimal training effectiveness. Previous research has shown that emphasizing movement speed during resistance training can help improve strength and power. Recent studies have modified traditional resistance training by dividing single sets into multiple cluster sets with 10-30 seconds of intra-set rest. The findings indicate that cluster set resistance training is more effective than traditional set configurations in enhancing explosive power, significantly reducing the loss of movement speed, fatigue, and lactate accumulation during resistance training. |
