| 中文摘要 | 本文概要介紹武界壩排洪設施改造工程之內容、水工模型試驗及設計與施工規劃之特別考量。武界壩為日月 潭主要水源,但近年水庫幾近淤滿而失去沉砂功能,造成引水到日月潭之落淤量大增,已嚴重影響日月潭之壽命 及水力發電效益。本工程之目的乃藉由降低排洪設施底檻提升水力排砂效能,達到「提升庫容、提升水庫泥砂去 除率」之需求,進而減少引水至日月潭之落淤量,預計由每年 80 萬 m 3 降低至每年 30 萬 m 3。本工程改造設計經 水工模型試驗確認可達到原訂提升庫容及水庫泥砂去除率之需求,同時改造後之堰形及結構布置經試驗及結構分 析均滿足水理及結構安全要求;在審慎及周延之設計及施工規劃下,本工程在施工期間水庫仍可維持正常取水及 排洪操作之功能。本工程之設計、施工規劃考量及水工模型試驗等經驗等均可做為未來類似水利建造物改造或更 新之參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | This paper introduces briefly the retrofitting of the discharge facility of the Wujie Dam as well as the associated hydraulic model test and the specific considerations on the design and construction planning. The Wujie dam serves as the primary water source of the Sun Moon Lake. Due to gradual losing of the sand settlement capacity of the dam in recent years, the sand delivered by the water from the dam into the Sun Moon Lake is progressively increasing, resulting in the reduction in the service life of the lake and its hydro-power generation efficacy. The retrofitting work presented in the paper aims at increasing the storage capacity and the sand removal rate of the dam, which in turn reduces the sediment of the Sun Moon Lake from 0.8 million m3 to 0.3 million m3 per year. The retrofitting work has been validated by the hydraulic model test that can achieve the goal of increase in both the storage capacity and the sand removal rate of the dam. The layout and structural design of the retrofitting work also meet the hydraulic and structural safety requirements. By prudent design and construction planning, the dam can still maintain its normal functions during the construction of the retrofitting work. The design, construction planning and hydraulic model test of the retrofitting work can serve as a valuable reference for the similar projects in the future. |
