| 英文摘要 | This study employed ISSR molecular markers to analyze seven populations of Drosera finlaysonii in Kinmen, revealing their genetic diversity and structure under the pressures of habitat fragmentation and environmental change. The results showed a moderate level of overall genetic diversity (Nei’s h = 0.1871±0.1603; I = 0.3065±0.2168), with the majority of genetic variation partitioned within populations, indicating that different genotypes and allele combinations are still maintained within populations. However, there was pronounced genetic differentiation among populations. In particular, the Kinmen Botanical Garden populations exhibited low genetic diversity, an apparent genetic bottleneck effect, and limited gene flow with other populations, suggesting that the persistence of this population is at relatively high risk. UPGMA, PCoA, and STRUCTURE analyses all supported dividing the Kinmen populations into four major genetic groups, while the Mantel test did not support an isolation-by-distance pattern, suggesting that the genetic structure is more strongly influenced by factors such as microhabitat, reproductive characteristics, and dispersal limitation than geographic distance. Based on these findings, this study recommends treating the highly genetically diverse populations in Tianpu Wetland and General’s Spring as core targets for conservation. For the Kinmen Botanical Garden population, strengthening gene flow promotion is essential. Furthermore, improvement on wetland connectivity and delineation of genetic management units are crucial to maintain the long-term genetic health of this species. The results of this study can serve as a reference for Kinmen National Park Headquarters and related agencies in formulating genetic conservation and management strategiesfor wetland plants in Kinmen. |
