| 英文摘要 | Introduction: This study aimed to evaluate the kinematics of maximum-velocity sprinting of Taiwan male elite 100m sprinters with the international level standards in order to provide technical revision suggestions to achieve higher performance. Methods: 8 male elite Taiwan sprinters performed two 100-meter sprint tests. Sagittal plane of running motion between 50m-60m was videoed with JVC high-speed camera. Kinovea 2D motion analyzing software was used to collect and analyze the running kinematics of the maximum-velocity phase. Subjects’ kinematic parameters were then evaluated with the standard of international elite male sprinters from Mann (2018) to evaluate subjects’ maximum-velocity sprinting technique level. The original standards were rated as good, average, and poor, and the “above average” and “below average” were added to the standard for better evaluation. Moreover, one sample t-test was used to examine the difference between subjects’ kinematic data and “average” level in order to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of the technique. Results: Subjects’ stride length was too short, time to maximum hip flexion was too fast, the rotational speed of lower leg at recovery phase too fast, knee angle at knee full flexion was too small, recovery knee angle at ankle cross too small. And above parameters were all rated “poor”, which were strongly significant different from the average value (p < 0.01) Conclusion: The result showed Taiwan male elite 100m sprinters’ inferior stride length may be due to the early timing of upper leg hip maximum flexion, which resulted from the knee excessive flexion in recovery technique, and it may affect the strength exertion in ground phase. It’s suggested Taiwan male elite sprinters focus on the abovementioned maximum-velocity techniques to improve sports performance. Moreover, research regarding dynamics should be used to explore the strength exertion during support in the future. |
