| 英文摘要 | Guided by crisis management theory, this study employs an action research approach to examine how kindergarten teachers respond to classroom crises triggered by young children exhibiting emotional and behavioral challenges. Using the case of "Little Lamb," a child in a mixed-age class at a public kindergarten in Taipei City, the research analyzes the teacher's three-phase strategy-preventive measures, in-the-moment interventions, and post-crisis reflection-when addressing classroom disruptions and parent-teacher tensions arising from behaviors such as physical outbursts and yelling. Findings indicate that the teacher effectively mitigated the impact of crises and fostered positive behavioral change and classroom harmony through clear rule-setting, positive reinforcement, empathetic guidance, and teachable moments. Trust was further sustained through proactive communication with parents. The study demonstrates that crisis management theory enables teachers to detect early warning signs, balance individualized support with group management, and rebuild educational trust. It recommends that educators strengthen their crisis response competencies, establish positive behavioral norms, and collaborate closely with families. Future research may explore the long-term effects of such interventions and their applicability across disciplines. |
