| 中文摘要 | 近年來,全自動數位影像分析技術可能逐漸替代大部分人工顯微鏡形態學檢查,而自動數位影像分析需要 良好的抹片來取得好的影像,以便能夠正確識別和分類。經評估後發現血球分布對其有影響,因而依據推 片速度、角度與血量設定 A、B、C 三種推片條件,對分析儀分類正常的檢體進行比對。使用 Intraclass Correlation Coefficient(ICC)與線性回歸(Linear regression)比較 XN-10 儀器和 DI-60 人工覆核之白血球五 項分類的一致性和相關性,用 Paired Samples t test 比較其差異。結果,實驗室選擇最佳的 C 方案做為推 片設定條件,以提高結果一致性,從而提高血液學分析品質。 |
| 英文摘要 | In recent years, fully automated digital image analysis technology has the potential to gradually replace most manual microscopic morphological examinations. High-quality smears are essential for automated digital image analysis to accurately identify and classify cells. After evaluation, it was found that cell distribution significantly affects the analysis. Therefore, based on the spreading speed, angle, and drop size, three smear preparation protocols (A, B, and C) were set up to compare the classification of normal samples by the analyzers. The consistency and correlation of the five types of white blood cell differentials between the XN10 analyzer and manual review by the DI-60 was compared using the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) and linear regression, and their differences were analyzed using paired samples t-tests. The results showed that the laboratory chose the best protocol, C, as the smear preparation setting to improve consistency and thereby enhance the quality of hematological analysis. |
