| 英文摘要 | Background: World Taekwondo and Kukkiwon have actively promoted the development of Taekwondo and strengthened competition content by advancing Taekwondo Poomsae events. Major international events such as the Universiade and the Asian Games now include Poomsae as official competition events. Purpose: This study investigated the effects of 12 weeks of Taekwondo Poomsae training, combined with light and sound reaction and balance training, on junior high school students' balance, lower limb explosive power, and light-sound reaction ability. Method: A total of 32 male students from junior high school Taekwondo Athletic Classes were recruited and randomly assigned to an experimental group (general Taekwondo Poomsae training combined with auditory and visual training) (n=16) and a control group (general Taekwondo Poomsae training) (n=16). They underwent a 12-week training program. The study analyzed improvements in dynamic and static balance ability, lower limb reaction kicking ability, and lower limb explosive power before and after training. A mixed design two-way ANOVA was conducted to compare the differences in intra-group pre- and post-training and inter-group interactions regarding reaction ability and balance. When significant interactions were reached, post hoc comparisons were conducted using the Scheffé test, with a significance level set at α = .05. Results: After 12 weeks of training, subjects showed significant increases in body weight due to growth and exercise, and significant decreases in body fat, with no significant differences between groups. No significant improvements were observed in squat jump performance between or within groups. The 20m sprint explosive power significantly improved in both groups, but there were no significant differences between them. In terms of balance, dynamic balance did not show significant differences in left and right legs between or within groups after training. However, for specialized balance ability, there was a significant difference between groups (p<.05), and the improvement percentage for the experimental and control groups also showed significant differences (p<.05). No significant differences were found for reaction ability between group factors and time factors (p>.05), and the improvement percentage was not significantly different (p>.05). Conclusion: Taekwondo Poomsae training improved participants' explosive power and dynamic balance. In particular, experimental groups utilizing scientific assistance showed significant improvements in specialized balance ability and visual-auditory reaction times. Future training can be enhanced using equipment like balance pads and visual-auditory reaction devices to further improve the reaction times and specialized balance abilities of Taekwondo Poomsae athletes. |
